Our reception team will be happy to advise you once your results have been returned and reviewed by a clinician.

Typical Processing Times
Please allow the following times before contacting the Practice, as different tests are processed at different speeds:
- Blood tests: 7–10 days (more specialised tests may take longer if they are processed outside the local laboratory.)
- Urine tests and swabs: 7–10 days
- X‑rays and ultrasound scans: 21–28 days
Confidentiality
We operate a strict confidentiality and data protection policy. Results will only be given to the individual they relate to unless prior permission has been granted, or if the patient is unable to understand the results due to capacity reasons.
