Order your prescription via Patient Services online
Repeat Prescriptions
We are moving Online Prescriptions.
In order to deliver the best possible service, we have started the process of moving to our new site.
In the meantime, your service will continue unchanged until 31/01/2018
We now offer an online service for our patients (AGED 16 AND OVER) so you can order your repeat prescriptions (available now) online at your convenience.
If you currently use our online service to order your repeat prescriptions please register NOW for the new INPS VOS System as the previous system will no longer be available from 31/01/2018

When you are setting your account up Please ensure you have a different user name than your email address as the system will not send you a confirmation code which you will require to complete your online registration
To register simply select Online services under further information and complete the Online Services Registration Form. This must be presented to to the surgery with a valid form of identification e.g. photo I.D. or your passport
You will then be sent a letter with details and a secure password to access online services
Patients on long-term medication can order their repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:
- By Hand - drop your repeat slip in to reception with the items required clearly marked.
- By Post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
- Online - complete the Online Services Registration Form link above and hand into surgery.
- Pharmacy - if you are on a number of different medications it may be easier to order through the chemist, they will then request your medication directly. PLEASE NOTE WE REQUIRE A SIGNED CONSENT FORM TO BE IN PLACE TO ACTION THIS SERVICE. THE PHARMACY WILL PROVIDE THE FORM AND YOUR RECORDS WILL BE UPDATED ACCORDINGLY.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see either a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.
Please allow 24 hours (72 if using the postal system) between requesting and collecting your medication.
